Location: Cowden, TX
Candidates submitted will need to have 2-5 years of experience in Oil and Gas.
The Production Technician supports field operations by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of oil and gas production equipment.
This role is responsible for ensuring production facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational, environmental, and safety standards. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently in a field environment, and effective coordination with operations and maintenance teams.
At least a GED degree
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of production equipment and field operations
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between field locations
7/7: 12-hour rotating schedule. Employees work 6 hours on Wednesday at the start of their rotation and 6 hours on Wednesday at the end of their rotation. They work 12 hours Thursday - Tuesday during their rotation. This work week is from Sunday to Saturday.
