Description:
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Dispatch Analyst within the supply chain department based in Denver City, TX.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:
• Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of OCTG a plus.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
Essential Job Duties• Management of incoming Iron sight job requests during business hours Monday through Friday.
• Work as intermediary between dispatch, supply chain and operations teams, communicating and resolving issues between the groups.
• Backup to the analyst for all goods issues, goods receipts and uploader movements.
• Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed.
• Assistance with physical inventory counts and entry into SAP for counts as needed.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
Education
High school or GED required.
Certifications/Licenses
Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
